Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Yes, we do request that you make an appointment.

How do I make an appointment?
You either call us on +41 41 720 22 44 during our opening hours or mail us to love@leafandlace.ch. You will then receive an email of confirmation.

How long is a bridal appointment?
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your appointment.
Therefore, we offer you a choice of three options, ranging from 1 ½ to 3 hours.

How much does the consultation cost?
We want your fitting appointment to be a special experience for you. We offer you three options for this.
The options for duration and cost of the consultation are as follows:
SILVER 59.- 1.5h
6 dresses, 1 fitting
welcome tea, prosecco
GOLD 69.- 2.5h
6-8 dresses, 2 passes
welcome tea, prosecco
PLATIN 129.- 3h
8-10 dresses, 2 passes
welcome tea, drinks, snacks
1 bottle of champagne
If you decide to purchase immediately, the corresponding fee will be refunded in full.

What should I bring with me for my bridal appointment?
If possible, light coloured underwear and a strapless bra are suggested. Please wear a light make-up.

How many people can I bring with me?
You can bring two loved ones with you to support you in your choice. Do contact us in advance if you want to bring more guests.

What is the price range of your gowns?
We stock gowns at a price range from CHF 2'000.- to 8'000.-
The largest selection can be found in the range from CHF 2'000.- to 3'500.-

What size range do you offer?
We offer dresses in sizes EU 34 to EU 42.

When should I order my gown?
A wedding gown takes between 4 to 6 months from the date it is ordered to arrive at «Leaf and Lace». Express orders/deliveries are possible, depending on the designer.

How does the alteration process work?
As soon as we receive your wedding dress, an experienced seamstress will make the adjustments in our in-house tailor shop for wedding dresses here in Rothenburg.

Are alterations included in my gown purchase?
Alterations are not included in your purchase. However, your dress will be fitted as accurately as possible before being ordered. Therefore, final adjustments will usually not take longer than two to three hours.

Do I need to pay a deposit when ordering a dress?
Yes, you do. We have to ask for a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the dress ordered.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, EC-card, credit and debit cards.

What is your return policy?
Made-to-order gowns, jewellery and accessories are all final sale.
