Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop operated by Leaf and Lace GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Provider.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
A contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the order or dispatches the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original labels and tags are attached
- Items have not been damaged or broken
The right of return does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Worn or used items
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
The Provider shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Data Protection and Marketing Communication
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
As part of the web-shop operation, personal information may be processed and shared with third parties (such as payment and shipping service providers) through the web-shop platform.
This data processing is carried out by the platform providers and is not directly controlled by Leaf and Lace GmbH.
By placing an order, customers agree that Leaf and Lace GmbH may contact them in the future for marketing and informational purposes (e.g. newsletters or product updates).
Customers may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Leaf and Lace GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
